Our processing time is approximately 5-7 business days, plus the time of shipping.

Bulk orders may take longer.  Please contact us at 2twistedmoms@gmail.com to discuss bulk orders.

How To Order
1. Choose your options from the drop down menus.
2. Add individual items to your cart. (Each item should be added to cart separately.)
3. ALL specific instructions for your order go in required notes  (feel free to message us; however, make sure you add all instruction in notes to seller).
INCLUDE: Design Description and Names if applicable.
4. Your shipping will automatically combine when ordering multiple items.
5. Checkout!

6. We will email you to review order and designs.

Ordering Multiples/Different Designs

• Add each item to cart individually.
  Tumbler Example Order One: Purple Tumbler with white font for (specific) name using script font. 

               Tumbler Example Order Two: Mint Tumbler with Gold Font for (specific) name using large print 

                font.

• We copy + paste the names you provide at checkout into our software . The names will be printed using the letters EXACTLY  you type them.  For example: if you provide the names in all lowercase, we will print them all lowercase. If you provide the names with the 1st letter capitalized, we will print them with the 1st Letter Capitalized.
  
• Monograms are to be provided in Monogram order: First Name, Last Name, Middle Name. We are not responsible if you provide the monogram in the wrong order.  Example: Name-Victoria Ava Smith, her monogram order would be: VSA

Returns or Exchanges

We accept exchanges for Apparel and Accessories that are NOT personalized or customized with a design you approved before purchasing.   For Apparel and Accessories that are NOT personalized or customized, you must email us, explian the issue and add clear pictures of defect.  Items that clearly have a defect will be exhanged.  If we do not have the same item at that point we will refund the money you paid for the item. If there is a general issue with your order, please contact us at 2twistedmoms@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. We want to ensure all of our customers are happy!

Mistakes & Damages
We can make mistakes, sometimes 🙃😉.
Send us a message and WE PROMISE to have a new item(s) in the mail to you within 24-48 hours. Please email us at 2twistedmoms@gmail.com, in order for us to process your request. You must include the following information in your email:

First and Last Name:
Date of your Order:
Date of your Event:
Order Number:
Description of damages or mistake:
*Attach photos of damages or mistake to the email.
*(You must reach out to us at the above email address in order for your issue to be resolved.)

Change of Address
It is very difficult to change your address after your order is placed. We will try are very best, but we are not responsible for deliveries to wrong addresses associated with your Twisted Moms order account.

Product Care Instructions
Tumblers/Cups:
We always advise to hand wash in cold water and let air dry! Although all our items are made with outdoor resistant vinyl and are durable enough to be out in wind, rain, sleet and snow, we still recommend that you JUST HAND WASH! :)

Makeup Bags:
Do not machine wash or machine dry.
Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron directly onto the design.

T-shirts:
Wash in cold water, inside out. We recommend that you hang dry. Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron directly onto the design (iron inside out).
